How Do I Receive My Pattern?

Most patterns are delivered as digital downloads.

After purchase, you will receive either:

  • Instant download access
  • An email containing your download link

We recommend downloading and saving your files promptly for future access.


What Is Included in a Pattern?

Each pattern typically includes:

  • Full cross stitch chart in PDF format
  • Color and symbol chart
  • Thread color guide (DMC or equivalent)
  • Stitch count and sizing information

Included materials may vary slightly depending on the design. Please review individual product listings for complete details.


What Fabric Count Are Your Patterns Designed For?

Our patterns are generally designed around standard fabric counts, most commonly 14 count Aida.

Finished size will vary depending on the fabric count selected. Each product listing includes sizing information to help plan your project appropriately.


What Skill Levels Are Your Patterns Intended For?

Skill levels vary by design and are listed on individual product pages whenever applicable.

Most patterns are suitable for beginner to intermediate stitchers.

If you are new to cross stitch, we recommend beginning with smaller or less detailed designs before moving into more advanced projects.


Do You Offer Refunds or Exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital downloads. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


What If I Accidentally Purchase the Same Pattern Twice?

If you accidentally purchase the exact same pattern more than once, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Duplicate purchase requests are reviewed individually and may be refunded at our discretion.


What If There Is an Issue With My File?

If your file is missing, corrupted, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work to correct the issue promptly.

Where appropriate, we may provide:

  • A replacement file
  • A corrected version

May I Sell Finished Items Made From Your Patterns?

Yes, finished hand-stitched items may be sold in small quantities.

You may not:

  • Share, copy, or distribute the pattern itself
  • Resell the pattern in digital or physical form
  • Upload the pattern online or to file-sharing services

All pattern designs remain the intellectual property of Blueberry & Banner.


Do You Offer Physical Products?

Yes. Printed patterns and physical kits are available or planned for select designs.

Physical products are generally made to order and may require approximately 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.


Do You Ship Internationally?

Digital Products: Available worldwide

Physical Products: Currently shipped within the United States only

At this time, international shipping is not available for physical items.


What If My Physical Order Arrives Damaged?

If a physical order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the damage.

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
