📥 How do I receive my pattern?

All patterns are delivered as digital downloads.

After purchase, you will receive:

  • Instant download access

  • Or an email with your download link

Be sure to download and save your files for future use.

🧵 What is included in a pattern?

Each pattern typically includes:

  • Full cross stitch chart (PDF)

  • Color and symbol chart

  • Thread color guide (DMC or equivalent)

  • Stitch count and sizing information

Details may vary slightly by design, so please review each listing for specifics.

📏 What fabric count are your patterns designed for?

Our patterns are designed with standard fabric counts in mind, most commonly:

  • 14 count Aida

Finished size will vary depending on the fabric count you choose. Each listing includes sizing details to help you plan your project.

🧠 What skill level are your patterns?

Skill levels vary by design and will be listed on each product page.

Most patterns are suitable for:

  • Beginner to intermediate stitchers

If you are new to cross stitch, we recommend starting with simpler designs before moving to more detailed patterns.

💸 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

🔁 What if I accidentally purchase the same pattern twice?

If you purchase the exact same pattern more than once, you may contact us within 24 hours.

We will review duplicate purchase requests and may issue a refund at our discretion.

⚠️ What if there is an issue with my file?

If your file is:

  • Missing

  • Corrupted

  • Incorrect

Please contact us and we will correct the issue.

We will provide:

  • A replacement file

  • Or a corrected version

 

🧵 Can I sell items made from your patterns?

Yes—with limitations.

You may:

  • Sell finished, hand-stitched items in small quantities

You may NOT:

  • Share, copy, or distribute the pattern

  • Resell the pattern in any form

  • Upload the pattern online

📦 Do you sell physical products?

Yes—physical products (such as printed patterns or kits) are available or planned.

  • All physical items are made to order

  • Processing time is 3–7 business days

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

  • Digital products: Available worldwide

  • Physical products: Shipped within the United States only

We do not currently offer international shipping for physical items.

📬 What if my physical order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage

We will review and resolve the issue at our discretion.
