Welcome to Blueberry & Banner (“company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (“Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.

Scope of Products

Blueberry & Banner provides original cross stitch designs, including but not limited to:

  • Digital cross stitch patterns (PDF format)
  • Printable pattern files
  • Physical printed patterns (made to order)
  • Cross stitch kits (available in select regions)

Products may be delivered digitally or physically depending on the listing.

International Sales

Digital Products

Our digital products are available worldwide.

By purchasing from our Site, you agree that:

  • All transactions are processed in the United States
  • These Terms are governed by U.S. law

Physical Products

At this time, physical items (including cross stitch kits) are only shipped within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping for physical products.

Orders placed for physical items outside of supported regions may be canceled at our discretion.

Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered via:

  • Instant download
  • Email delivery
  • Or secure access links

You are responsible for:

  • Downloading and saving your files
  • Maintaining access to your purchased files
  • Ensuring you have the appropriate software to open PDF files

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost files after download
  • User error in accessing files
  • Device or software compatibility issues

 

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except where explicitly stated in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

By purchasing from our Site, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered products.

In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, delivery, and file access.

Fraudulent disputes may result in:

  • Revocation of access without refund
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
  • Additional action where applicable

 

License & Usage

All patterns are sold under a limited, non-transferable license. You are purchasing the right to use the pattern—not ownership of the design.

You may:

  • Use the pattern for personal use
  • Create finished stitched items for personal use or small-scale sale

You may NOT:

  • Share, copy, trade, or distribute the pattern in any form
  • Upload the pattern to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform
  • Resell the pattern in digital or physical form
  • Reproduce the pattern for distribution
  • Claim the design as your own

Each purchase is licensed to one individual only.

Violation of this license may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access without refund
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
  • Legal action where applicable

 

Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, artwork, and content are the exclusive property of Blueberry & Banner and are protected by United States copyright law.

Purchase does NOT transfer ownership.

Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Copying or reproducing designs
  • Sharing or redistributing pattern files
  • Uploading patterns to any public or private platform
  • Selling or distributing the design in any form

Blueberry & Banner actively monitors for infringement and reserves the right to:

  • Issue DMCA takedown notices
  • Revoke access to products
  • Pursue legal action against any individual or entity found violating these terms

 

Physical Products

All physical items (printed patterns or kits) are made to order.

Processing time:
3–7 business days prior to shipment

All physical sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will review and resolve the issue at our discretion.

Product Representation

We strive to display our designs as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary based on screen settings
  • Finished stitched results may vary based on materials used
  • Mockups are for visual representation only

We are not responsible for differences in final results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Blueberry & Banner is not liable for:

  • Outcomes from use of our patterns
  • Errors made during stitching
  • Loss of materials, time, or project results

Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
