🪡 Refunds & Returns Policy – Blueberry & Banner

At Blueberry & Banner, we create original cross stitch patterns designed for immediate digital use and made-to-order physical fulfillment.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Digital Product Policy

All digital products sold through our website are delivered as downloadable files. This includes:

  • Cross stitch patterns (PDF format)
  • Printable pattern files
  • Any supplemental digital materials included with a pattern

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except as outlined below.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final once a purchase has been completed.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases (excluding duplicate purchases of the exact same product)
  • Failure to read the product description
  • Misunderstanding of what is included
  • Skill level mismatch
  • Incompatibility with personal preferences or materials
  • Color differences due to screen settings or printing results

It is your responsibility to review all listing details before purchasing.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once, you may request a refund for the duplicate order.

To qualify:

  • The purchase must be for the identical product
  • You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase
  • The order must not show signs of abuse or repeated misuse

Approved duplicate purchase refunds will be issued at our discretion.

Pattern Errors & File Issues

If you receive a file that is defective, incomplete, or contains an error, we will correct the issue.

This may include:

  • Replacing the file
  • Providing a corrected version
  • Supplying missing components

This is the only circumstance in which post-purchase support is provided beyond duplicate purchase correction.

Physical Products (Printed Patterns & Kits)

All physical items are made to order.

Processing time:
3–7 business days before shipment

Due to the made-to-order nature of these products:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
  • All physical sales are final

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will review and resolve the issue at our discretion.

Unauthorized Use & Policy Violations

We reserve the right to deny support, revoke access, and take further action if a customer violates our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing or distributing pattern files
  • Uploading patterns to any platform
  • Reselling or reproducing designs
  • Filing fraudulent disputes or chargebacks

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from our website, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered products.

In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, delivery, and file access.

Fraudulent disputes may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
  • Additional action where applicable
