Blueberry & Banner creates original cross stitch patterns intended for immediate digital access and made-to-order physical fulfillment.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Digital Product Policy
Digital products sold through our website are delivered as downloadable files.
This may include:
- Cross stitch patterns in PDF format
- Printable pattern files
- Supplemental digital materials included with a purchase
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except as specifically outlined below.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final once a purchase has been completed.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases, except approved duplicate purchases
- Failure to review product descriptions before purchase
- Misunderstanding of included materials
- Skill level incompatibility
- Personal preference regarding style, materials, or presentation
- Color variation caused by screens, printers, or fabric choices
Customers are responsible for reviewing all listing details carefully before purchasing.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once, you may request review of the duplicate order.
To qualify:
- The purchase must be for the identical product
- You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase
- The request must not show signs of abuse or repeated misuse
Approved duplicate purchase refunds are issued solely at our discretion.
Pattern Errors & File Issues
If a purchased file is defective, incomplete, corrupted, or incorrect, we will work to correct the issue.
This may include:
- Providing a replacement file
- Issuing a corrected version
- Supplying missing components
This is the primary form of post-purchase support provided beyond approved duplicate purchase corrections.
Physical Products
Printed patterns, kits, and other physical products are made to order.
Typical processing time is approximately 3–7 business days before shipment.
Due to the made-to-order nature of physical products:
- Returns are not accepted
- Exchanges are not accepted
- Order cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun
If a physical order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo documentation.
Any resolution will be reviewed and determined at our discretion.
Unauthorized Use & Policy Violations
We reserve the right to deny support, revoke access, or take additional action if a customer violates our Terms of Service or licensing terms.
This may include:
- Sharing or distributing pattern files
- Uploading patterns to file-sharing or online platforms
- Reselling or reproducing designs without authorization
- Submitting fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from our website, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for products that have been successfully delivered or accessed.
In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, delivery confirmation, and digital file access records.
Fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Immediate revocation of access
- Restriction from future purchases
- Additional action where legally appropriate
