Blueberry & Banner offers both digital cross stitch patterns and made-to-order physical products. This policy explains how shipping and fulfillment are handled for physical items purchased through our website.


Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Digital downloads are:

  • Available worldwide
  • Delivered through instant download, email, or secure access links

Physical Products

Printed patterns, kits, and other physical items are made to order.


Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within:

3–7 business days

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare and package your order before shipment.


Shipping Availability

At this time:

  • Physical products are shipped within the United States only
  • International shipping is not currently available for physical items

Orders placed outside supported shipping regions may be canceled at our discretion.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once an order has shipped:

  • Tracking information may be provided where available
  • Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Packages delivered incorrectly due to customer-provided information
  • Carrier-related shipping delays
  • Lost or delayed packages once accepted by the carrier

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control.

If a shipment appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using any available tracking information.

Blueberry & Banner is not responsible for carrier-related issues occurring after shipment.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damage

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.


Order Cancellations

Because physical items are made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
