At Blueberry & Banner, we offer both digital cross stitch patterns and made-to-order physical products. This policy outlines how shipping is handled for physical items.

Digital Products (No Shipping Required)

All digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

  • Available worldwide
  • Delivered via instant download, email, or secure access links

Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for details regarding digital purchases.

Physical Products (Printed Patterns & Kits)

All physical items are made to order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

3–7 business days

This is the time required to prepare your item before it is shipped.

Shipping Availability

At this time:

  • Physical items are shipped within the United States only
  • We do not offer international shipping for physical products

Orders placed for physical items outside of supported regions may be canceled at our discretion.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped:

  • You may receive tracking information (if available)
  • Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier

 

Shipping Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or delayed packages once they are in transit

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our control.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.

We are not responsible for carrier-related issues after shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage

We will review and resolve the issue at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Because all physical items are made to order:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun
